As the former CFO and member of the India Management Board at Publicis Communications, Rustom is familiar with business risks, processes and controls.
While at Publicis, Rustom was responsible for setting up and monitoring financial and management reporting systems as well as working capital management for existing and new businesses.

As the CFO at Matrix India, Rustom is primarily responsible for setting up and overseeing the financial, legal and administrative activities of the firm, as well as its investments in India.
