Journey

Nitisha has worked as a Business Analyst with McKinsey & Company, with a focus on strategy and implementation programs for multiple Fortune 500 companies across different sectors like Healthcare;, Energy, Aviation, and Infrastructure. She also played a key role in orchestrating McKinsey India's first ever Digital and Analytics Summit convening top 400+ CXOs, defining the growth story for the Indian landscape by accelerating adoption of next-gen tech.

She is a Chartered Accountant, securing distinction in all levels of the course. She completed her articleship from EY in statutory audit, post which she did a short stint with EY Performance Improvement division, collaborating with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on India's nutrition strategy.

At Matrix, Nitisha brings in her financial and consulting acumen, to partner with founders to build impactful and sustainable businesses.

She is a trained classical dancer and keyboard player. Outside of work, she loves spending time learning new dance forms and attending music workshops.
