An ardent believer of “ Founders First” principle, Debleena is enthusiastic about amplifying a natural organic network in global start-up ecosystem and finding the most talented people to work alongside Matrix portfolio founders. She is passionate towards making their zero to infinity journey smoother by building their organisations with anything related to Human Resources, be it Organisational Culture, Rewards function, Partnership programs, Policies or L&D.
She comes from a background of working with both start-ups and large companies, where she has deep understanding of the nuances of building high performing organizations.
Journey
Her forte is to create effective Human Resource practices, build teams from the ground-up and grow operational excellence in multi geographic teams across core technology and various business functions in most challenging environments.Over last 15 years she worked with Google, Flipkart and InMobi in Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Management and created deep impact in each of these companies before moving to Matrix India. While not at work, Debleena enjoys her philanthroic quest, travelling, wild life and painting.
