Journey
Vivek comes with a deep operating background in product management, growth, design, and strategy functions across various industries and business models.
Prior to joining Matrix Partners India, he ran a venture studio to help early-stage founders working in emerging technologies to rapidly achieve product market fit. He incubated stellar teams across India and SEA working on challenging problems in crypto, gaming, AR/XR, ed-tech, and ML.
Before that, Vivek built and operated award-winning game franchises and data platforms at Electronic Arts and later at Big Viking Games, where he led multiple charters in product management, analytics, game design, monetization, and freemium growth. Earlier in his career, Vivek built and deployed key payments and econometrics infrastructure for conglomerates and enterprise businesses.
Vivek continues to give back to academia by serving as an instructor and promoting deep technology research in key areas. In his free time, he indulges in his love for gaming, food, and travel.
