Rupali has worked with Startups;, midsized companies and multinational companies and has donned multiple hats in the Human Resources Domain spanning from Talent Management, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition. Her strengths lies in understanding business needs and complementing business growth by hiring and retaining high performance teams and individuals.

She firmly believes that talent is the most important competitive advantage between companies and there is no "One size fit all" process to attract and retain them.

Journey

She has over 10 years of experience in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition and has worked with companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Quintiles (Now IQVIA) and redBus. She started her career as a Business HR partner with TCS and has worked comprehensively in systems driven by structured processes and policies with focus on retaining and building talent at a large scale . In her last role at redBus spanning over 4 years, she was working as the Head of Talent Acquisition and was instrumental in ramping up the current redBus team along with expanding the redBus business to 7 countries in South East Asia and Latin America. She was also handling the Business HR partnering role for all international geographies.

During her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading and tending to her innumerable house plants.
